Please know for all new lighting, a ten year contract is required to install the new equipment. Additionally, there will be a monthly fee for the service to your light(s) and/or pole(s) on your electric bill. Our options are available to view on the Duke Energy Outdoor Lighting Solutions page by clicking here.
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I would be happy to help.

Hello Kari,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I was unable to get ahold of my contact in the distribution department to open a work request.

I’m not sure when I’ll get a response, so the next best thing I can recommend to get that pole relocated would be to call into Duke like you did before and say you would like to have a distribution pole relocated. You can tell them that it the pole that provides service to your business so they understand the situation.

They will create a new work request so the distribution side can send an engineer out to help get you on the right path and answer any questions you have. Sorry I couldn’t do more for you in my position.

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas weekend and great new year!

All the best,

Kayla came out and it is not easy to move the pole.
She can put a box at the bottom of the pole by street and we can run power lines under the driveway. other than that we cannot move the pole.
she is sending pricign on the box
