Christian noticed that the bolt to the tension belt is spinning / loose.
Most probably snapped since it cannot be tightened.
This may be covered under warranty.
NP left a message for Rob at NED but they were closed. (Veterans Day)
Will follow up tomorrow (11/12/24)

NP spoke with NED service center and gave them Christian V. phone number so that they can let him know wen someone will be on site to look at the excavator.

Ethan from NED in Apopka called - the machine is at their location. Waiting on the part to come in today to change it.
Also noted the initial maintenance has not been completed on the machine (due 500 hours) and machine has 830 hours on it.
Asked him to send a quote for the initial maintenance and the 1,000 hr maintenance with a list of items included in each.

NP Followed up.
Still reassembling the machine.
Will be ready on Friday and will be transported to Aldi in Deltona.
