Forwarded message to owner - Jonathon.
Make sure you upload:
Complete building permit application
Contract
Deed for the property
Floor plan if the owners are interested in impact fee credits on rebuild

Followed up with City of Tarpon Springs - she will have an update for me later today. I asked her for a permit # to follow the permit on their website.
