After review - AAA Electric checked the sign in Dec 2021 and said lights were working.
Reached out to jen with AAA and Robert is no longer there - advised they need to come back out and check the signs again since the lights are not actually working and we just now are occupying the building and didnt notice before.
Kari emailed Jen 8/24 to get update on them coming out
Kari called Jen and left a message on 8/25 for a call back
