Description
The drives on the track were replaced by Ringpower under warranty, but they mentioned other items that needed repair.
I asked Richard to price it and send it after asking him if any of the repairs would make the machine break or have issues and he said no.
Picked up the machine 8/26. Got quote 8/29

Replace quick coupler
Replace quick coupler pins/bushings/bearings
Remove, repair and reinstall - tilt cylinders
Bore tilt cylinder rod ends and install bearing
Disassemble right tilt cylinder and inspect due to leak
Reseal right tilt cylinder
Replace front step on cab
Replace left and right track assemblies
Replace cab handrails
Replace grapple bucket cutting edge (we have at office)
Replace sprocket assembly to enhance new track life
