Description
Christian called me explaining that the tarp handle is missing. He sent me a picture and it is missing so i called Rentz. Rentz said it is spring loaded so its not supposed to come off. They are calling the manufacture to see what can be done because the handle is part of the all in one system and cant be fixed on its own.

Ordered Friday, Tony said it should be in by Wednesday. We can drop it off anytime, or he can call us when its in and we can bring it over, Install and wait.

Tarp Handle was just delivered to Rentz, Approx. 30 mins to Install. Christian Currently has the Trailer so I will let him know that he needs to drop it off or hang out for the 30 mins.

Trailer was taken to rents and installed handle.
Christian was down the street so he stopped by to get it confirmed with Tony that this is the case, and it is. Waiting for a call back from tony.
